We at Glenavon JFC are pleased to announce that the registrations for the new 2025/26 season are now open!

This “How to Guide” will show and aid you with the new process we have in place for our registrations and how to set up your direct debit. Using this new platform will allow us as a club to easily manage how we store player information securely and manage direct debits all under one roof – especially with the size of the club now.

Before you begin, we need to draw your attention to a few important things that are required beforehand.

• The Club’s Privacy Notice

These documents are available on our website and will also be sent by your coaches via WhatsApp.

What You'll Need Before You Start

• A headshot of your child/player (passport style).
• Your FA FAN number.

Important: Please DO NOT USE Google Chrome to complete the registration process. Chrome may not allow photos to save correctly. Please use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Registration Steps

1. Before you begin, please ensure that you have the following ready to continue:
   • A headshot of the child/player who you are going to register (passport style).
   • Your FA FAN number.
2. Please DO NOT USE Google Chrome to complete this process, as Chrome won’t allow you to save the photo correctly. Other browsers like Edge or Safari will work fine.
3. Follow the link below to access the Glenavon / Love Admin registration shop:

4. Click the “Sign In” option, then select “Create Account”.

5. Fill in all the required details as shown below to create your account. Please ensure that the account is created on behalf of the parent or guardian and NOT the child to be registered. You can add the child later on.

6. Select the Glenavon Team or (Teams) who you would like your child to sign on for & wish to buy (if you are registering for two teams, please add both into your basket!).

7. Select the team (or teams) who wish to buy & add them into your basket.

8. Select either “Single Payment” or “Pay in 11 Instalments”.

9. Double check you have the correct team (or teams – Dual Subscription) in your basket and then click “Proceed to Checkout”.

10. You will need to “Add a New Person” – This is the child / player who you are going to register for. Please note if you registered your child last season then they should still be there to select.

11. Fill in the details of the child / player as shown below.

12. Once you have added your child / player, click continue and follow all the steps.

13. A head shot of your child / player is also needed. Please ensure this is in the style of a passport photo, as it will be used on the club portal when registering the player.
    
    This is the guidance we have based on information online:
    • Digital Only: JPEG or PNG format.
    • Individual mug shot – no group shots or cropped images.
    • Good lighting, clear and in focus.
    • Neutral expression, mouth closed, looking straight at the camera.
    • Face unobscured – no hats, sunglasses, hair over eyes, or face paint.
    • Head and shoulders only.
    • Plain, contrasting background (e.g. cream or light grey).
    • No other people or distracting objects.
    • Recent (within the last 3 months).
    • No digital edits or watermarks.
    • No red-eye effect.
    • Appropriate dress (e.g., football strip).

14. Once you have uploaded a head shot of your son / daughter, you will be ready to set up the direct debit payment by clicking “Setup Direct Debit”.

15. Follow the on-screen instructions and then set up your direct debit. We use Go Cardless for our direct debits. Please note that if you have previously made an active account with Go Cardless there is no requirement to do this.

16. Once that has been completed, you will return to the main check out screen, for you to complete the checkout!

17. You will then see this screen below once everything has been completed! This will be sent to the club committee to approve. Once completed, your child will be ready and registered to play!
